I've seen in many sites that there's a big problem to the users of Windows 8.1 with IE11, the problem is that there is a distortion on showing the results of the Search Engine "Google", but as always we can resolve this problem just keep reading this post.
So as I've been talking above, the problem is that IE11 cause distortion on the results of Google's Search Engine, and for that there's a one solution for this , which is to modify the "Compatibility View parameter" to uncheck "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View":
