Microsoft has created a tool that can predict easy passwords, which also that can be predicted by hackers, this tool called, Telepathwords.

How could this tool predict passwords:

This tool can predict easy passwords that contains common ports like "123" ,"abc" or "azerty" or those made public as a result of security breaches.

Telepathwords can predict passwords are based on information about you that the tool don’t have but attackers might, also passwords contain common words or phrases from languages other than English, even who contain terms that became popular since we collected our database of common phrases and passwords, and those that contain common behaviors that we have not anticipated and learned to recognize.
