There's many extensions that that tells they can notify you when one of your friends unfriends you, but the reality is that they are spying on your account, and there's ones was really working but because of the Facebook updates they don't work now, but to day I'm bringing to you a new extension that really works with my experience.

All what you have to is first open this website : fbfriendcheck.
Define you browser and click "Activate":
Install the extension from Google Chrome Store :
After that you'll find a new tool on your profiles that notifies you the number of your friends loss:
N.B : this tool shows you only the friends that unfriended you after it's installation
