A scientist in the Cyber Security discovered a new electronic attack that uses the (Heartbleed) exploit which was founded during the last few weeks, the new electronic attack bearing the name (Cupidon) directed primarily to Routers to hack them also to extract users data.
The new attack discovered by security researcher (Lewis Grangya) from the Portuguese security company SysValue, where the Portuguese expert has put a detailed report on Cupidon the electronic attack on the Internet, this attack that uses the Heartbleed exploit, although it has been repaired on many websites.
And according to (Louis Grangya) the attack Cupidon that uses the Heartbleed exploit through the Wifi by targeting particular, company or institution Routers to extract data and information through the Android device connected to this router, as this method is able to target any point in the network.
And the security expert tries to push hardware manufacturers, especially routers manufacturers to do updates to their devices exempting them from falling into the exploit.
