Google Inc. has withdrawn an application that can not be deleted, after the discovery of infiltrating into users' data and doing illegal operations.
The virus is in "BatteryBot Pro" application, which assumes that it measures the battery life, which send high priced SMSs from the users' accounts.
The security expert Rick Ferguson with the "Trend Micro" advised the users to contact their mobile contract providers to remove the application.
Ferguson added that:
"Such applications that contain viruses can be found in the Android system, because it is a common system and everyone want to hack into this system."It was noted that this fake app is requesting permission to enter the functions of the smartphone are not linked to a declared mission to measure battery life, and if the user granted those permission it will perform those malicious operations and it is impossible to delete.
This application requests permission to send text messages as well as making it an "Admin" on the device will make it impossible to be deleted.
The security expert recommends deleting applications that do not use frequently, because the more applications in the phone, the more likely to find harmful applications.
